I'm living in wednesday (although thurs juz came), and thinking im still in tuesday.. hmm... but i really cant remember wat i wore to work on tues leh... i cant seem to remember tuesday...
and cos i forgot its wednesday.. man, i forgot to watch my favorite documentary Taboo sia.. aiyo, today they talk about how men in diff cultures prove themselves to be men... extreme ways of cos, but since i didnt watch, i dunno how...
Jus now spend abt one hr in the gym, working out of cos.. i have a colleague who goes to the gym but dun work out and instead juz talk on the phone and tell others tat he's in the gym.. haa..! juz now gym was good! i forgot to ask my gym khakis along, but my determination brought me there anyway.. :) and the excellent thing was the gym was empty!! i had a super worked out session sia.. i love empty gyms...!! den abt an hr later, this middle age man had to come in and destroy my serenity.. haa.. but anyway i was tired already...
Being abt to run and not feel pain in my back is beautiful grace to me! in the past, i used to feel extremely pain in my back juz halfway thru my 2.4km run in sch.. in sec 4, i even took a doc's mc to excuse myself from the run cos i didnt wanna suffer the pain... when i was in hospital the 3rd time for the same problem, i even told God that i will not take my health or muscles for granted and i will make it a point to work out and not be so lazy... but seems like my promise to Him is not very consistent... but i juz wanna share here that not everybody can juz say run and run, so do not take your muscles for granted... and to frens who need to abtain from exercise becos of injuries or health problems... pls do not test ur limits, compared to a lifetime, ur recuperating time is only so short!!
and to women body builders, i applaude u for loving ur muscles sooooo much. but pls do not take your female hormones for granted as well... :)
