moved house again!
i moved, within, the same house, from unit 2 to unit 4 y'day! yupz, unit 4 was the one i signed to rent till aug... i did think that i liked it when i viewed it, small little unit, small bedroom, living rm, kitchen, toilet - all are small size one... hee.. even the small is so small - like a very old monitor... :P but now that i've moved in and be inside, i dun really like it.. i find the plc quite dirty... y'day when i 1st moved in... i killed a live cockroach 1st, den killed a live lizard (and the worst part is removing it's body, cos i couldn't find my garget yet!), killed LOTS of ants.. cleaned lots of insect shit... yucckkkksssss lor!!! den later i found a dead cockroach in the toilet drawer... totally grossed out, i juz left it there and close the drawer back.. den today, my mom cleared it! hee.. so good to have mommy there..
started 1st day of sch today! had 2 lectures, 1-3pm and 6-8pm.. inbtw, 3-6pm - i went to visit the associations booths (like CCAs in singapore), and left my name and contact wif the qutchristans group - it's a fellowship and bible study grp that meet inside campus... and i think it might be a good idea cos its inside campus and in the day time.. i went for CCM, grp i met in sg during pre-departure briefing, but they have theirs on fridays nite in another district, and i went for unicell, an indepent grp from the Chinese Christian Church, also in another district, and they meet every sat nites. although both grps provide transport, i juz think it might be inconvenent.. Then i was looking out for the sg association, and then the hong kong association tried to recruit me... -.-
Then i get out of sch and met my 2 gal frens in the city, shopping and had chit chatting over coffee.. we talked many things, including tattoos and piercings... ooooo, im intrigued to pierce my uppper ear.. haha! but scared leh... im been wif that idea since like 18 i think... hee... scared from then till now... tat's why no actions yet... den amelia asked if it's wrong for a christian to tattoo and will i get a tattoo... my answer was no, simply cos of the stumbling block thing. i told them im more religious (actually i wld say serious abt my faith, but i didnt cos i didnt wanna make it sound like they are not), and i wanna be preaching jesus and going for missions, and how can pple take me seriously if i had tattoos all over... and amelia said but tat's the social perception that bad guys have tattoo, if she has a diff perspective and she knows the body is a temple of god, but she not demaging it or ruining it, she thinks tattoos are very nice and arty - obviously she's not talking abt the big scary dragons kinds, but the small ones in some interesting corners of the body... so what's so wrong abt getting tattoo? anyone any answer? i would think of it as if u, or her, say so - it's your, or her, freewill and only your own r'ship wif God can give u the answer.
den i head back to class, ended sch and went home at 7.30 when it's already pitch dark... found it not as scary as my mom keep nagging abt... ya, mommy's asleep now.. its my 2am now... shes snoring really loudly... and she's occupied the whole bed liao lor.. im going to kick her to get in.. hee.. (yup, we share one SINGLE bed)
