O-Week
Orientation started on tues, ended today... it's not the typical sg play stupid games, shout abt kind of orientation, juz sit down information sessions... ya, not very interesting but informative enuff.
im going thru the hassles of credit exemptions... they granted me the max of 12 subjects, but out of the 12, 3 are counted as electives... but of the 12 that i have to do, 4 other seems like repeated subjects from poly... so im trying to ask if i can exemp those and do electives, which i can choose, instead... BUT it seems like there's so much hassle to do it, im jus thinking of leaving everything as it is... my repeat subjects are like market research (oh gosh...), IMC, e-marketing, and strategic marketing. Seriously, i didnt wanna do research again, cos i even worked in that field already... and strategic marketing, my poly grades was B but i seriously didnt know how i got that grade and what actually went on, so im jus trying to avoid it.. haha... BUT im jus too lazy to go up and down and to diff buildings to do the exemptions things.. hai... why so ma fan, i tot they would do everything nice nice for me liao... so now, im juz like 80% feeling that i shld juz leave everything as it is... maybe i'll get better grades for those 4 subjects and hence push up my overall grades.. hehee...
made some acquaintances - 1 french guy, 1 belgium guy, 3 singaporeans guys and gal, 2 china gals, 1 taiwanese (plus one more older taiwanese whom im currently living wif), 1 norway gal.. But I've been hanging out with the singapore guy and gal and the norway gal more for the past 2 days...
got approached by Unicell, which is a campus fellowship grp - they invited me for BBQ on sat morning (yes, morning...), and the UQ campus fellowship grp, some are having steamboat on fri nite... im going, im going.. hee...
